Domaine Gorges Michel Summer Folly Marlborough Rosé 2005, which should probably have been drunk a year ago, but is still good. There is something delightfully frivolous about the whole idea of rosé wine.

Beautiful picture, you've even caught the double meniscus [meniscii?] of the alcohol and water separating due to fractional capillary action.

You flatter me. I can't say I don't like it. The flattery, I mean. I think the picture is ok too, but if I were doing it again I'd avoid getting fingerprints on the glass.
