Yep. The season has definitely turned. I'm sitting practically on the heater, my flatmate was last seen with a blankie and hot water bottle and hot starchy comfort-food seems like a good idea.
The point of view is much lower for this one than for most of your harbour pictures. Right down on the water here. I feel chills just looking at it.
Do you get pretty autumnal colours there? Trees going red and orange and gold? (I know, I could go look at last year's pictures, but I'll be lazy and just ask.)
Well spotted - yes this one is from right down on the waterfront, where most of my other ones are from my bedroom window. There's not much in the way of pretty autumn colours in Wellington - or at least I haven't found them. The native bush isn't deciduous and I don't know of any mass plantings of cherry or maple around here.
