Default dinner

Since I have no cats to photograph and no sex-life to speak of, I turn here to the third most popular subject on LiveJournal. Food. Stir-fried random fridge contents was a staple of my university days. It's still pretty good and I can afford the low-guilt free-range chicken now.

Ginger, garlic, the juice from the chicken, dark soy and a tiny amount of water to steam the veges.
I would have preferred light soy, but it appears that we've run out. I sometimes thicken the juice with cornflour but not this time.
