With bonus unit converter. Litres per 100km to miles per gallon in one easy step and a whole lot of other useful stuff.

47 mpg. You're in Prius territory there, and you don't even have to find a place to park the Prius.

Yeah the free (and occasionally improvised) parking is good, but I do get wet. It was considerably cheaper than a Prius too.

But when I win the lottery - This (http://www.teslamotors.com/).

You could get a license plate frame that says "Eat My Voltage!"

Those things are just amazingly beautiful cars. Of course since they look like Ferraris they're also priced like them.

Have I shown you what I'm hoping to get? http://flytheroad.com

That looks like immense fun! Bonus TopGear clips too. It's a good thing it's a single seater though - I could see a passenger getting pretty green.
ETA - I spoke too soon. It does have a passenger seat. Eeep!

One of the video clips shows a guy talking about his kids riding along with him and thinking of it as a carnival ride. So yeah, if you're out on the back roads twisting around it'd be quite an adventure for a rider. I think it'd be much more sedate for a long distance trip on a major highway. Just cruise straight and level for hundreds of miles, stopping every 400 miles or so to buy another 4 gallons of gas.
