Having to play helpdesk to my flatmate[1,2] reminded me that it was long past time for a cull, backup and defrag of my own. I can usually get two months worth of photos on a DVD, if I go through and cull some. This is from 19/04/08.

[1] Vista? What do I know about Vista? Not a bloody thing, that's what!
[2] That being said, there is such a thing as being overcautious. You probably don't want two virus-checkers going......

Wow, this is some fantastic weather. It has some great emotional content as well (from a completely human perspective that is, nature doesn't really care). I first thought 'anger', but it was too harsh, perhaps 'impending'? In any case, some lovely darks and lights.

Winter makes for great lighting, I've found. Though I'm thinking NZ makes for even greater with your colder climate.

Do you mind if I dig up a picture that might complement this one? Australian, of course, as I've yet to leave this continent, but I also had an idea of perhaps sharing like photos between us and linking between our journals.

You're in Wellington, aren't you? I have a Sydney based friend who is a Wellington native. I'll point her in your direction. I'm sure she'll love your photos too.
