The Ministry is thinking about its environmental impact. Today we did a waste audit of somewhat limited scope, ostensibly to measure how much recyclable material we are sending to landfill, but more about raising awareness really. This is a couple of day's worth of takeaway coffee cups. I think I would have expected more for ~ 450 people, but we do have reasonably drinkable plunger coffee available for free.
