I get the notifications from LJ, and just realized that while it's still November 2nd in my part of the world, you live a day in the future.

The rule of thumb I use for the US is +8, only yesterday. Gets me to within +/- two hours, which is usually any amount good enough.

That's the same rule I used when I was on Okinawa. Add eight hours and subtract a day.
