Some of the huge population of flying foxes that hang out (heh) in the Sydney botanic gardens during the daytime. They are very cute, about half the size of a cat and just as fuzzy, but unfortunately there are just too many of them, they are stressing (read killing) their favourite perching trees, and there are proposed plans to relocate some of them.

In other news, I am off to the Blue Mountains for a couple of nights tomorrow. Seeya when I get back to civilisation.
