I did not realise that the new windfarm at Makara was visible from Mt Vic.

In other news, we are engaged in the hunt for a flatmate yet again. Helen has finished Ph.Ding and is off to a postdoc at University of Pennsylvania, if she manages to extract a visa from the US embassy. I think she's in for a bit of culture shock...
