Chaffers Bay. I like the muted colours and the haze over the city.
The new laptop is behaving itself nicely, but the wide-screen monitor is going to take a little getting used to. It's nominally the same size as my old one - 15.5 in , but is approximately one centimetre shorter and two wider, which actually makes it a little over 13 cm^2 smaller. I wonder if that adds up to a significant cost saving to the manufacturers, or whether I'm just being cynical and most people do want dvd players they can surf the net on.
