I went on a flying visit to Palmerston North today to observe Central Government interacting with Local Body Government. I met about three Mayors in quick succession and saw the Te Apiti wind farm in the distance. I have to give it to this job, it's pretty varied - international bunker fuel use one week, unnecessary bridges over the Manawatu River the next. The sudden changes in scale are dizzying.

I think this is really effective in black and white. Suggestive and gravestony ( ::invents word:: ) :D The stone almost looks planted.
