Cephalopoda acquisitiveness

Today I went to Cuba St and acquired Stuff, some of which is pictured above. The button will be added to the collection of critters on my bag, and the hank of mixed thread is destined to become part of a black and silver  costume.  I may  embroider a squid on it somewhere.

Not pictured is the prosaic, but necessary, cast iron frying pan. It's in the oven, seasoning.
